Meet Tinu Vivi
From a kitchen in Kuwait to a kitchen in Broadgreen — Tinu has been baking for seven years, the last few from her own home, where every order from Vivi’s Cakery is hand-finished.
In April 2026, her chocolate ganache cake beat 110 entries to take home the Britain’s Best Classic Cake title at the Birmingham awards.

Seven years in
A first home kitchen
Tinu starts baking for friends and family in Liverpool — birthday cakes, christening cakes, the occasional wedding tier.
Vivi’s Cakery
Orders move from word-of-mouth to Instagram. The home kitchen turns into a one-woman bakery, every order finished by hand.
Britain’s Best Cake
Tinu’s chocolate ganache cake beats 110 entries to win the Classic Cake category at the Britain’s Best Cake awards in Birmingham.
