The cake that took home the trophy. Layers of moist chocolate sponge are blanketed in a velvety dark-chocolate ganache, then finished by hand with chocolate discs and flakes of 24 carat gold. The centrepiece for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and any moment that calls for chocolate done properly.
